As a Client Care Agent, you will handle primarily inbound customer service support calls from established customers. You will also cross sell value added services or products that are offered by Bell Mobility. You will provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.

We will provide you with extensive product and sales training as well as regular coaching to ensure your success in the role.


Job Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
• Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
• Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A passion for customer service and sales

-Total compensation including base rate, bonus and comprehensive benefits exceeds $19/hour.
-Starting rate is $17.50+ per hour

Upon arrival, we guarantee a minimum of 35 hours per week and provide additional hours based on business needs and your personal preference.

Successful candidates must be flexible to work a variety of tour rotation shifts between the hours of 8am and 9 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 9am to 6pm. Sundays and statutory holidays will be required based on business needs. Further details will be provided during the interview process.
