What a charmer this little guy is! You will fall in love with his big brown eyes and very silly happy attitude. He is currently living in a foster home with 5 other beagles and 2 cats, and is doing great. He first foster home was with Paula for a month and he bonded really well with her 3 kids, so we know he is social with everyone - kids, cats, people and dogs. TC has done well in the house-no accidents-even though his previous family kept him outside. He does well with other dogs and enjoys playing with toys - both fetching and squeak things. TC loves his walks and does well on the leash! He also absolutely loves the dog park where he can run and run and run and especially look for squirrels. He has an unforgettable bay that lets everyone know for miles that he has found something. First he looks with his eyes, then heads down with the nose. And when he thinks he has "lost" his people he will haul out running and barking to find you and as soon as he does, will gleefully run off to the next scent. You would never ever suspect that he is 9 yrs old. He has the energy of a 3-4 year old beagle, and is healthy and solid to prove it. He has lost a few pounds and is looking very svelte these days. He is extremely affectionate, to the point where he wants to know where you are and will stay with you, but has quickly outgrown his neediness and does well alone, too. His favorite thing is his belly rubs and his meals. He loves to eat! (does any beagle really not like to?)
