As required, Clermont was properly posted for return to her original owner(s); however, no responses were ever received.Clermont was thenfully vetted by the wonderful woman who found her and she was very happy to learn that Clermont is heartworm negative.We belive that Clermont was very fortunate to find herself not onlya woman who would take her in and care for her, but also tosponsorher medical needs. Now, Clermont's founder/sponsor is going one step farther, Clermont will also befostered by this wonderful soul who found heruntil she can be placed into a forever home.More details will beprovided as time and observations are received; however, the one thing we do know for certain and need to keep in mind when screening for Clermont's placement into a forever home is that she has been noted to show signs of aggression towards other dogs. Becoming aware of this fact and this girl displaying this type of behaviors at an estimated age of only two years old, we believe it best that Clermont find herself a home absent any other animals.If you have room in your heart and your home for this sweet girl, please do not delay in meeting her.
