TIMESHARE DETAILS

This timeshare is for LIFETIME accomodation at this resort for a 3 bedroom and 3 bath hotel for 2 weeks every other year for Bldg / Units 1935 ( 1900-1935 ). There is automatic reservation for Week 35 which is the week starting on August 25th, 26th or 27th. If a different reservation date is desired, a reservation needs to be made by calling 1-800-925-9999. There is maintenance fee every other year and it is already paid until 2010 ($858 was alread paid which includes $757 of maintenance every two years and property tax). The next maintenance fee is on 2011 but the price is not known. There are still two weeks of vacation left for 2009. If you would like to rent it this year instead, the option to rent at WestGate or any other hotel worldwide is also available but you need to give at least a month notice. Rent is $200 per night if you rent a 3 bedroom villa with a spa. The timeshare is transferable and can be exchanged worldwide with interval international membership and the owner is a member of the interval international so rental accomodation is also available worldwide.
