I'm looking for a real estate mentor/business partner willing to show someone the right way of going about business in Real Estate. I have 6 months worth of real estate investing appearance but it was more observation than it was hands on. Right now i market properties for an assignment fee, and I heard of the Subject 2 process and would like to be taught on how to be successful with that. I've read many books,but nothing can beat actually putting a deal together, and I would like some good solid help on doing so. With each deal WE complete i am willing to split the profits 50/50.
