I am sending my resume in response to your need for an administrative assistant.

My resume is only part of the picture of my work experience. I have been working since I was a junior in high school. Before I graduated from high school I was in a management position. I have a reliable, dependable background and personality. If you give me a job, I will do it and look to find ways to do it better and take on even more responsibility.

My computer skills are good, typing up to 60 wpm, experience in Microsoft Office, Access, and QuickBooks. The majority of my background is doing accounting type work, along with administrative assistant skills.

I have strong organizational, multi-tasking and people skills, and am not afraid of new situations and challenges. Arnold Palmer Invitational – Bay Hill Country Club
Special Events Coordinator for the 2007 Bay Hill Classic Golf Tournament in a seasonal position. Duties included assisting the tournament staff with day to day administrative responsibilities including answering phones, mailings, filing, organizing and data entry; processing and tracking ticket order forms and entering /managing data in the office database using Access; answering questions concerning upcoming event; maintaining ticket office website and retrieving ticket orders from online sales; assisting offsite ticket locations; assisting with management and promotion of special ticket promotions for tournament sponsors/partners; assisting with ticket sales, focusing on new prospects; and, assisting with other duties assigned by the tournament director.
